Project Description:
The Academy Square project dynamically blends workplace, residential and retail components into a creative campus that reflects the Hollywood of the future. In just one city block, it consists of approximately 233,665 square feet of commercial office space in three, 4-story buildings, a 23-story residential tower housing 250 units, and 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Key corners at Vine Street on the east and Ivar/Cahuenga on the west will create the gateway entrances into the project, and all street frontages will be activated by residential, office and retail uses. The office buildings are connected by landscaped pocket parks and wide terraced walk ways while the residential tower will punctuate the end of meandering pathway at the corner of Delongpre and Ivar.
